Advanced Dental Care in RiNo

RiNo Dental is an urban 3,700 SF dental office encompassing the third floor of the 3258 Larimer Street building in the RiNo District of Denver. The interior build-out was successfully completed alongside the core/shell construction to meet the tenant’s opening deadline.

The facility includes three main dentistry chairs on one side of the clinic and three additional chairs for orthodontic and periodontic care. The last two chairs are utilized for in-depth surgical procedures. A unique feature of this project is the fully exposed ceilings, providing an urban feel to the dental practice.
