The 200,000-square-foot centerpiece project, Exchange at Boulevard One, was recently completed in the heart of Denver’s Lowry neighborhood. Denver-based firms Confluent Development and Kelmore Development served as the project’s co-developers.
The 70-acre, mixed-use development broke ground in April of 2019. Most recently, flagship tenant Target Corporation also celebrated their groundbreaking of their 30,000-square-foot space in Boulevard One located at 63 N. Quebec St.
Exchange at Boulevard One covers 1.5 blocks featuring restaurant, retail, office, and entertainment space, that also includes a restaurant sitting on the community park across the development. The design and materials that were involved in the project were an acknowledgement of the modern elements within Boulevard One, but also pay tribute to honorable history of the former Air Force base that once inherited this land.
Brinkman Construction is the general contractor for the core-shell and Open Studio Architecture designed the project being supported by The Denver Urban Renewal Authority and Lowry Redevelopment Authority.
