Denver General Contractor Breaks Ground on Adaptive Reuse In RiNo

LOT Twenty Eight is a redevelopment of a historic manufacturing plant in Denver’s River North Art District. Brinkman Construction is working closely with developer FORMATIV and architect OZ Architecture.

The crown jewel of the project is the sweeping, 20,000 square-foot urban patio.
