Engineering and Production Facility Renovation

The project scope of this flex industrial space included keeping the facility fully operational throughout the construction process. Brinkman Construction worked closely with their engineers and facilities group to coordinate a smooth transition and setup from one building to the other. This included assisting them in setting up and planning for new product lines including expanding building infrastructure.

The scope included providing high voltage power to their test equipment and production equipment, process piping for cooling equipment, new HVAC, new lighting throughout their production and test areas, setting up new office areas, coordinating miles of low voltage data wiring, providing building Code Review service, and help with safety issues and recommendations as they move forward in their constantly-changing industry.
