Block One
Modern River-Front Property
Block One is a modern, four-story building located in Old Town Fort Collins. This river-front property required a redirection of the waterway and was the first development of the ongoing Poudre River District project.
The Block One building totals 39,000 SF featuring 20,000 SF of office, 4,200 SF restaurant, 11 high-end apartments, an outdoor event terrace and retail, and below-grade parking. The retail spaces feature street activated storefronts and 25’ facade modules.
The project included full demolition work on a previously-existing industrial/office building.
