Student Housing in Prime Downtown Location

This downtown urban infill multi-family project includes a four-story building located directly adjacent to the Colorado State University campus. The building includes 37 apartment units and a ground floor retail space with tuck-under parking.

The construction of College 830 included removal of buried gas tanks and prefab plumbing. Brinkman Construction worked with the design team to design to budget and held the initial estimate through completion of the project.
