PHASED AUTO REMODEL/ADDITION

The remodel of the Dellenbach Subaru Dealership project consisted of a phased remodel of the existing showroom and a replacement of the surrounding parking lot (0.66 acres) which included a feasibility study of different material options for that replacement. Phasing the construction to keep the service department operating normally was a key consideration for the Owner and we were able to keep disruption to their day-to-day operations to a minimum.
