MANUFACTURING FACILITY INTERIOR BUILD-OUT

This project includes an extensive build-out of an existing 75,000 SF building. The building was renovated to incorporate a 20,000 SF warehouse storage, shipping/receiving and packaging area with four overhead cranes as well as 40,000 SF for manufacturing. The facility was constructed to accommodate equipment for molding injections and intrusions. It also incorporates 14,000 SF of class 7 10,000 PPM clean rooms for the manufacture of their products for life sciences, bioprocess, biomedical, pharmaceutical and similar critical-use applications.
