FLEX RETROFIT FOR OFFICE TENANT

This renovation project included 7,958 SF of finished out office space and 10,646 SF of warehouse space for a total of 18,604 SF. The one-story building was previously occupied by two separate tenants. Work included gutting the majority of the office and warehouse space and rebuilding it to suit the needs of a new tenant. The finished space included work stations and offices, new conference areas, a client lounge, coffee bar, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and the warehouse facility.
