We begin by completing a comprehensive review of plan documents as early as development of plans and specifications allow. The intent of the constructability review is to create a virtual replica of your building and clarify issues so they can be resolved prior to beginning construction. In addition to constructability, we review for durability, longevity, and availability of products and materials. This program ensures we’re able to resolve conflicts for a fraction of the cost of encountering them during construction.
This level of support continues through the construction process with our inspection of all trade work and/or significant construction activity to verify the work is being performed correctly and according to the most up-to-date plans. As construction nears completion, we are actively managing any quality concerns so you don’t have to.
