Windsong at Northridge is a one-story, wood-framed building totaling 34,078 SF. The exterior is stone veneer with hardie siding and includes a drive-up porte-cochere.  The interior consists of a secure north and south wing with a total of 52 units each with its own bathroom and shower.

The facility has a full commercial kitchen with a full-time chef, two interior courtyards, four television rooms, two Montessori rooms, and two activity kitchens where residences can bake or cook small meals.  The lobby features wood-wrapped trusses and a large water feature/wall.  The building also features a pharmacy for prescription pick-up and medical offices for full-time nursing staff.

Brinkman Construction completed this Greeley facility, as well as the Fort Collins facility, Windsong at Rock Creek.
