Quality is the foundation of a project’s success. Our QA/QC program is implemented throughout the lifecycle of a project – from design through closeout. We aim to clarify issues early so they can be resolved prior to beginning construction. Creating and managing to quality expectations throughout construction ensures the end-product meets your standards now, and into the future.

We believe that cost and budget control ultimately begins in the preconstruction phase of a project. Smart and streamlined decisions within this phase lead to early contractor engagement and allow for built-in efficiencies that result in achieving client goals by building on time and on budget.

Our preconstruction staff have the expertise to pull the estimate function forward and into the design process. This gives us the ability to generate reliable pricing and constructability information for the design team in real-time, affording clients the ability to make informed decisions.

Brinkman Construction’s Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) capabilities allow us to precisely reflect your vision of your project back to you as it evolves. This direct process of translating design information into model-based electronic plans in the field using iPads and Total Stations brings an unparalleled preconstruction-design-field integration.

We create a common understanding and ownership of the design intent during the building process. We use renderings and animations to assist you as you build community consensus and generate interest as well as create more refined cost estimates and 3D models that can be used for maintenance and operations long after the project is completed.

Customer service and satisfaction are our primary objectives from preconstruction through the warranty period. We have a dedicated Warranty Manager who attends the final Owner Training with your maintenance staff, and from that point forward, is the point of contact for issues that arise.
