STEP 3:
You will receive an electronic invitation to prequalify. To expedite the process, please have these documents ready to upload:
- Most recent year-end financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and if applicable, a work-in-progress schedule
- Bank line of credit letter dated within the past 30 days
- Experience Modification Rating worksheets from your workers’ compensation policy (include current year and year prior)
- OSHA 300A Summary Logs for 2023, 2022, and 2021
- Health and Safety Manual with current OSHA requirements
- Current Surety Bonding Letter
- Certificate of Insurance and copies of policy endorsements
