This redevelopment of a historic manufacturing plant is being developed by FORMATIV. Brinkman Construction is the general contractor on the project and OZ Architecture is the architect. LOT Twenty Eight delivers to Denver’s RiNo neighborhood in 2018.

Eating Recovery Center Tops Out in Lowry
Construction of Colorado’s newest, state-of-the-art Eating Recovery Center in Denver reached its highest point last week. Located at 8199 East 1st Avenue, the facility is directly adjacent to six other locations and a half-mile from another in Denver’s Lowry district.
Brinkman Helps Eating Recovery Center Continue its Mission
Nationwide, more than 30 million people suffer from eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa or binge eating disorder. This is a conservative number given that most sufferers never come forward to be diagnosed. Of the most common eating disorders, anorexia nervosa has the highest mortality rate of any mental illness. With statistics like that, it’s no wonder there is a need for an eighth Eating Recovery Center within a one-mile radius in Denver.
Brinkman building vision-surgery center in Longmont
The Advanced Vision Surgery Center is being built adjacent to the eye-care center at 1400 Dry Creek Drive, which was constructed in 2005. The general contractor for the project is Fort Collins-based Brinkman Construction. Denver-based Marasco & Associates Inc. designed the building.
Brinkman Hires Director of Human Resources and Talent Management
As part of their key growth plan, Fort Collins-based companies, Brinkman and Brinkman Construction have hired Dan Miller as Director of Human Resources and Talent Development. Miller will lead the Human Resources department in planning, implementing, and evaluating the human resource function and performance of the company, as well as developing strategic programs for employees’ professional growth plans.
Crow Hop and Brinkman create The Foundry cream ale
Almost two years into a messy, disruptive redevelopment project literally on the doorstep of Crow Hop Brewing in downtown Loveland, one of the brewery's owners and some of the guys from the construction company decided, over a beer, to do something fun together.
So they set aside a Saturday to brew some beer. The result of that collaborative effort, which will be finished in a couple of weeks, is The Foundry cream ale.
