This project, located on the Pearl Street Corridor, is a three-story zero lot line building with a private underground parking garage. The project is bounded on four sides by 17th and Walnut Streets, a city-controlled alley, and an adjacent property.
Completion of the project required extensive pre-planning with the City of Boulder and adjacent property owners to install shoring, foundations, and the façade consisting of stained cedar siding, decorative metal paneling, patios, and brick.
