Turning an Industrial Building into a High-End Apartment Community

This 79,198 SF apartment complex includes three, three-story buildings with flat style apartments. Sixty-eight units are offered, consisting of one- and two-bedroom layouts. The units include amenities such as private balconies, one bathroom per bedroom, and in-unit washers and dryers, as well as the option for single-car garage parking.

An exterior courtyard sits in the middle of the complex offering an outdoor amenity package including jacuzzis, trellis areas with seating, fire pits, barbecue grills and multiple bike racks.

The project included full demolition work on a previously-existing industrial/office building.
