The new Clovis Point multi-family development is a three-story, 220,000-square-foot lifestyle community and featuring 208 modern apartment homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences and townhouses. The project site included outdoor amenities such as fire pits, grills, a pool and spa, entertainment space, central green/park space, a family play area, an alpine pond, and a dog park. Indoor amenities feature a two-story clubhouse building, a community kitchen, a library, multiple lounge spaces, coworking spaces, Fitness on Demand^TM, and yoga.

The design of the new 11-building apartment community was intended to evoke a comfortable Scandinavian mountain resort feel and serve as an extension to the great Colorado outdoors.

Brinkman Construction has partnered with Colorado-based developer McWHINNEY for this highly-amenitized multi-family project in Longmont.
