Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado

Brinkman Construction completed a 3,000 SF tenant improvement for the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado in Loveland, Colorado. The renovation transformed an existing open, finished space into a new health clinic designed to support patient care and day-to-day operations.

The build-out included exam rooms, offices, staff areas, and support spaces. The completed clinic provides the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado with a functional, welcoming environment for serving patients in the Loveland community.

Marasco & Associates, Inc. provided architectural services for the project, with Realberry Real Estate Services representing the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado.
