Hotel Boulderado

Hotel Boulderado is a multi-phase renovation that will touch nearly every corner of the historic hotel, combining thoughtful upgrades with the building’s storied charm. The project includes a comprehensive refresh of guest rooms, public spaces, food and beverage outlets, and meeting rooms across both the historic and annex buildings, as well as updates to the fitness center located in the historic building. Exterior upgrades such as new signage, lighting, and landscaping are also included.

Hotel Boulderado originally opened on New Year’s Eve in 1908 as Boulder’s first luxury hotel. It has long served as a beloved community hub and hospitality destination. The building’s rich history and vintage charm are central to this renovation, which seeks to honor its legacy while enhancing the guest experience for years to come.

Brinkman Construction is the general contractor on this project, with architectural services provided by Cooper Carry.
