NOVEL HiFi is a 536,373 SF multi-family project by Crescent Communities and Macerich. Craine Architecture designed the development, featuring 347 units with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The six-story building will wrap around a structured parking facility with 500 parking spots to serve new residents.
Amenities at the development include an interior courtyard and pool, a fitness center, and a great room. There will also be a 42,000 SF post-tensioned deck above future retail spaces.
