This Lincoln Avenue Communities property was a 247,473 SF project that included the occupied renovation of 188 units, along with a full refresh of the leasing office. Designed by ebersoldt + associates, the individual units and leasing office are now brighter, more functional spaces that better support residents and staff.

Work was completed using a unique occupied-renovation approach. Each unit was transformed within a single workday, with residents leaving at 8 a.m. and returning to upgraded spaces by 5 p.m. This process minimized disruption while delivering thoughtfully improved homes.
