Sustainable Student Living in Boulder

This 98,208 SF student housing construction and redevelopment project is directly across from the University of Colorado campus. It consists of two, three-story buildings with 37 units. There are 82 secure underground vehicle parking spaces, 50 bike rack locations, and underground storage.

The complex also offers an outdoor courtyard in the middle of each building, a strolling walkway between the buildings, a private bathroom for each bedroom, a patio off of every unit, and common areas including TV and entertainment rooms, a conference room, a game area, and a wet bar with couches.

Plaza on Broadway was named the ENR Mountain States Best Regional Project Runner-Up in 2014 and received Two Green Globes for the project’s focus on sustainability.
