This 185,000 SF mixed-use project is located in Greeley, Colo., and is the first major redevelopment along the 8th Avenue city corridor. Apartments at Maddie include three four-story buildings with a total of 221 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment units. Each with its own design and unit mix, the buildings are uniquely branded The Boone at Maddie, The Walker at Maddie and The Eliot at Maddie.

The level of finishes and amenities offered are bringing an elevated and upscale living option that hasn’t yet been done in the Greeley market.
