Longmont Multi-Family Development

This three story-, 59,902 square foot, multi-family, apartment building is one of five for the South Main Development project in Longmont. Building #5 consists of 61 units and is the last building of the original, large-scale project.

Through this process, we leveraged our knowledge and understanding of the importance of the tenant experience in multi-family projects to actively manage the scope of the final design. Through strategic planning, South Main enhances the historic features of the town, while offering a robust, urban lifestyle.
