Located only thirty minutes from downtown Denver, the 380,302 SF community offers amenities including a resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center, community clubhouse with coffee bar, outdoor barbecue area, conference room, car care area, and a leash-free dog park with a pet spa.

Brinkman Construction was the general contractor on this project developed by Continental Properties with architectural design services provided by Zimmerman Architectural Studios.
