Springs at Sandstone Ranch Phase II Breaks Ground!

Construction has officially started in Longmont on the 257,144-square foot Springs at Sandstone Ranch Phase II project with Continental Properties.

The Springs at Sandstone Ranch development will include 212 units while featuring resort-style amenities such as a private patio or balcony, swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, carport, community clubhouse, and an on-site pet play area.

This marks our fourth project with developer Continental Properties. Construction is scheduled for completion in January of 2024.
