Touchmark on Harmony Ridge

Touchmark on Harmony Ridge is a senior living community in Fort Collins, Colorado, designed to provide a full continuum of care for older adults.

The 308,000 SF first phase includes an independent living building with 119 homes and an assisted living building with 58 homes. Two additional neighborhoods, each with 16 homes, will support residents in memory care and those with enhanced assisted living needs.

Designed by LRS Architects, the integrated campus will offer a variety of living options and shared amenities focused on connection, wellness, and an active lifestyle. Touchmark on Harmony Ridge expands Touchmark’s portfolio of full-service retirement communities while bringing a new senior living option to the Fort Collins community.
