Senior Care and Grief Support Services Facility

This 28,500 SF, state-of-the-art medical facility provides space for exams, counseling, rehabilitation, and common areas for patients. The project included the ground-up construction of a Program-of-all Inclusive Care (PACE) facility with associated sitework and landscaping.

The PACE center serves people 55 and older who are certified by the State of Colorado to require home nursing care. PACE provides the entire continuum of care and services to seniors with chronic care needs while maintaining their independence in their home for as long as possible.
