The UCHealth Neurology and Neurosurgery Center was a $3.9 million renovation of 26,500 SF in an occupied building. This clinic has advanced diagnostic & treatment technology for nervous system disorders and offers access to resources and specialized care. The space is designed to support groundbreaking medical advancements and exceptional patient care. It includes dedicated spaces for neurosurgery, multiple exam rooms, workstations, a waiting lounge, and a gym for physical therapy.

Brinkman Construction was the general contractor on this project, with design services provided by Path21 Architecture & Planning.
