Secure Memory Care Facility
This project incorporates 64 beds for residents in a secure facility with multiple amenities. The building is comprised of two wings with separate courtyards including water features. The two wings share a central kitchen, staffing areas, medical facilities, lobby, and drive-up porte-cochere.
The facility uses finishes such as permeable pavers, stone veneers, and wood columns.
Brinkman Construction completed this Fort Collins facility, as well as the Greeley facility, Windsong at Northridge.
