Erik Henry Transitions into New Role as Director of Project Development

Erik Henry has transitioned from Director of Preconstruction to Director of Project Development at Brinkman Construction.

In this role, Henry will lead project development efforts in the Denver market, supporting the company’s continued growth and expanding its presence across key sectors. He brings more than 13 years of construction experience across the Front Range, along with extensive market insight and established industry relationships.

Henry joined Brinkman Construction in August of 2024, supporting the Denver preconstruction team while also contributing to project development efforts. In his new capacity, he will focus on cultivating partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and guiding projects from early vision through execution.
