St. Anthony Health Campus

Construction has been completed on the newest addition to the St. Anthony North Health Campus in Westminster, The Orchard Park Medical Center. The new 80,000 SF, two-story medical office building is located at 14190 Orchard Parkway and includes an ambulatory surgery and recovery center, orthopedic clinical space, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, sleep study lab, prosthetics suite, and more than 300 surface parking stalls.

Within the new Orchard Park Medical Center building, four flagship tenants have completed construction, Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, Colorado Sleep Institute, Rise Orthotics and Prosthetics, and THE Orthopedic Surgery Center, an affiliate of OrthoColorado.

Physicians from Panorama Orthopedics and the Colorado Sleep Institute partnered with Development Solutions Group, a Denver-based medical real estate development company to bring this state-of-the-art project to fruition, and Boulder Associates was the architect. This approach translated to a fully coordinated set of construction documents that optimized construction productivity with respect to critical owner-supplied medical equipment.
