A State-of-the-Art Town Center for One of Northern Colorado’s Fastest Growing Communities

The Timnath Administration Building is the second phase of the new Civic Complex, which will not only include the new administration building, but also a fire station (already constructed) and a future police building. The 15,250 SF administration building includes a lobby with direct access to reception and council chambers, offices for administrative personnel, community development and planning offices, a community meeting hall, and parking for the staff and public.

The project was designed to meet all applicable codes, regulations, guidelines, and standards to provide an environmentally high-performing building.
