Six Months, 6,000 SF, Zero Disruption

The FirstBank location in Old Town Fort Collins underwent a full interior demolition and remodel. The renovation included creative highlights such as a skylight running from east to west at the building’s entrance, a large meeting room in the basement for internal and community use, an added entry door on the eastside of the building, and high-end finishes throughout.

Located on a highly trafficked street and one of the main corners in Old Town Fort Collins, the renovation was strategically staged to cause as little disruptions as possible to pedestrian traffic passing by.
