Brad Marsh

Brad Marsh serves as Vice President of Organizational Development for Brinkman Construction, where he focuses on strengthening people strategies and supporting the company’s continued growth through culture- and talent-driven initiatives. With more than two decades of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Brad has helped organizations scale thoughtfully by developing leaders, aligning teams, and building systems that support performance and engagement.

Prior to joining Brinkman Construction, Brad held senior leadership roles spanning both the construction and technology sectors. His background brings a balanced perspective on organizational alignment, workforce development, and the employee experience across a range of operational environments.

In his current role, Brad leads efforts that support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and development to long-term engagement—while refining internal systems that connect people, operations, and performance. His approach emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering people-first solutions that support both field and office teams as Brinkman Construction continues to evolve.

Brad has also served in a variety of industry and community roles, including as a Board of Trustees member for Contractors Health Trust and the Centennial State Carpenters. He has been involved with the Prosper Colorado Leadership Council and Colorado Inclusive Economy, and throughout his career has championed leadership development and mental health initiatives to help create healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Jason Vaughn

Jason Vaughn serves as Vice President, bringing extensive experience in construction management across the Colorado Front Range and Southeastern Wyoming. Over the course of his career, he held key leadership roles including Construction Executive, Director of Preconstruction, Preconstruction Manager, and Project Manager, working on multi-family, healthcare, K-12, commercial office, retail, and brewery projects.

In his current role, Jason provides strategic leadership to project teams by overseeing operations, preconstruction, and business development. He prioritizes effective communication between clients, trade partners, and field operations to ensure successful results at every stage of a project.

Jason’s approach is defined by his focus on building strong relationships and fostering early project engagement between preconstruction and operations. His cross-functional experience in various disciplines allows him to analyze projects from multiple perspectives, ensuring strategies are thoughtfully executed for successful outcomes.

Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and BizWest 40 Under Forty honoree.

 


Mark Christensen

Mark Christensen

Mark is Vice President of Operations for Brinkman Construction. He has decades of industry experience and has been directly involved in a variety of extensive projects. His experience includes airports, K-12 school buildings, medical facilities, multifamily work, government contracts, municipal buildings, and breweries.

Mark is responsible for the oversight of construction operations and plays a high-level role in ensuring that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations. He works directly with project teams, focusing on improving and ensuring consistency in our operational standards and project execution.

Mark is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Collins Program and serves on the Professional Advisory Development Board for Colorado State University’s Construction Management program and a member of the Larimer County Workforce Development Board.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska.


Mark Beal

Mark Beal serves as Vice President for Brinkman Construction, bringing over 30 years of experience in construction and development operations. He focuses on supporting business growth and strengthening operational performance across Colorado. Mark works closely with leadership and project teams to ensure alignment while driving successful project outcomes and building strong client relationships.

Throughout his career, he has taken on a range of leadership roles where he built high-performing teams, supported project delivery, and contributed to long-term growth initiatives. He is known for his thoughtful, operations-driven approach and his ability to strengthen team performance.

Mark is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Class A Contractor License through the City and County of Denver. He is involved with Food Bank of the Rockies, Food for Thought Denver, and Ronald McDonald House Charities.


Dave Maddocks

Dave Maddocks

Dave is the Chief Financial Officer for Brinkman Construction. Dave spent the first part of his career in public accounting and auditing for government institutions His background has been focused on auditing leadership and internal control, process, and financial reporting best practices.

Today, he leads the enterprise financial business strategy for the company while overseeing fiscal and investment management of company operations.

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of CPAs and Construction Financial Management Association.  He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.  He was a BizWest 40 Under 40 Honoree and a graduate of the Leadership Fort Collins Program.
