Eric Kesti - Vice President Brinkman Construction

Eric Kesti

Eric Kesti is Vice President and General Manager of Brinkman Construction's Denver office. With a career spanning 28 years in the construction industry, Eric brings a wealth of experience and existing relationships that will significantly bolster Brinkman Construction’s presence throughout the Denver Metro area. Eric leads commercial business development strategies while executing the long-term vision and growing the company’s Denver employee base and community engagement.

Eric most recently served as the Special Projects Division Manager for Turner Construction Company. He has also served in leadership roles for Kiewit Building Group.  He is actively involved in the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and serves on the Metro Denver EDC Executive Committee, MDEDC Board of Governors, and Colorado Space Coalition.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.


Dan Miller

Dan Miller is the Director of Human Resources and Talent Development for Brinkman Construction. He has more than thirty years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Dan is a senior leader in the company managing HR in planning, implementing, and evaluating the human resource function and performance. He is also tasked with ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, and developing compensation plans for optimizing our employee experiences.

Dan holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and has a long history of community involvement.


Jason Vaughn Construction Executive Brinkman Construction

Jason Vaughn

As one of our Construction Executives, Jason brings a unique skillset to the company, having previously worked as our Director of Preconstruction, as well as a Project Manager on projects of all sizes across Colorado and Wyoming.

As a Construction Executive, Jason's involvement begins early on in the pursuit process, and through the closeout of the project. His oversight of projects establishes dialogue and efficiency between the field and clients at all stages. Throughout every phase of a project, his role involves overseeing personnel, communication, staffing, and subcontractor deliverables to ensure clients can rely on effective results.

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and is a LEED AP professional.


Matt Brown

Matt Brown

Matt is a LEED accredited professional with a depth of industry knowledge and one of the Construction Executives for Brinkman Construction. He brings 14 years of experience in construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects including, extensive
experience with multi-million dollar university and institutional projects throughout Colorado and Wyoming

As Construction Executive, he is responsible for the success and oversight of projects from both a field and project management standpoint for streamlined responsibilities and effective communication from start to finish. Matt’s primary role requires control of personnel, communication, staffing, and subcontractor deliverables to ensure effective expectations and results his clients can depend on during all phases of the project.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.


Pete Meyer

Pete Meyer

Pete is a Vice President of Business Development for Brinkman Construction. He has over 25 years of business management experience and over a decade of experience in commercial construction for multiple product types including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and residential. His prior work includes serving as a principal and Senior Vice President of Development for a developer based out of Scottsdale, Ariz. As Senior V.P., he was instrumental in the development of more than 5 million square feet of office, condo, retail, and mixed-use projects across the country.

Today with Brinkman, Pete leads strong relationship efforts with trade partners and clients to develop growth in the company and further develop our project portfolio. Pete utilizes his knowledge of the company, and our services to look for new ways to improve product quality and build off of existing offerings.

Pete earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Richmond. He is responsible for managing company growth and profitability through project pursuit, ongoing customer relationship management, and providing solutions for commercial projects of varying sizes and scope in the Colorado market. Pete has also been heavily involved in a number of community impact organizations, like previously serving as a board member for Teaching Tree. He currently serves as the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Larimer county.

 


Mark Christensen

Mark Christensen

Mark is Vice President of Operations for Brinkman Construction. He has decades of industry experience and has been directly involved in a variety of extensive projects. His experience includes airports, K-12 school buildings, medical facilities, multifamily work, government contracts, municipal buildings, and breweries.

Mark is responsible for the oversight of construction operations and plays a high-level role in ensuring that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations. He works directly with project teams, focusing on improving and ensuring consistency in our operational standards and project execution.

Mark is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Collins Program and serves on the Professional Advisory Development Board for Colorado State University’s Construction Management program and a member of the Larimer County Workforce Development Board.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska.


Dave Maddocks

Dave Maddocks

Dave is the Chief Financial Officer for Brinkman Construction. Dave spent the first part of his career in public accounting and auditing for government institutions His background has been focused on auditing leadership and internal control, process, and financial reporting best practices.

Today, he leads the enterprise financial business strategy for the company while overseeing fiscal and investment management of company operations.

Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of CPAs and Construction Financial Management Association.  He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.  He was a BizWest 40 Under 40 Honoree and a graduate of the Leadership Fort Collins Program.


Chris Bantner COO

Chris Bantner

Chris serves as Chief Operating Officer for Brinkman Construction. Throughout his over three decades of experience, he has directed multiple billion-dollar and multi-million-dollar projects with significant experience negotiating and leading complex projects from inception to completion for healthcare, government, higher education, and commercial clients.  His background includes extensive experience managing people and projects.

In his role, he is focused on strategic operational planning and execution and optimization of operating procedures.   His leadership is focused on inspirational coaching and mentoring that leads to tangible talent development for employees.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Lincoln and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Development Program through Kiewit/Purdue University/University of Chicago.
