Brinkman Construction is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Oaks Ridge at 64th, a new 161,375 SF multi-family development in Denver. The complex will feature 168 units across four residential buildings along with a clubhouse. It will also have modern amenities including a fitness center, game room, lounge, and surface parking.

This milestone was recently celebrated at a groundbreaking ceremony with the owner Inner Circle Capital, architect Brown Collective, and the Brinkman Construction team. The group gathered at the jobsite to hear from project leadership as well as the owner and architect about the new development and why it’s essential for the community.
