The 757 and 777 Grant Street projects included the renovation of an existing building and parking garage and addition of a new apartment building. The existing building included six levels of office space residing over two levels of a partially subgrade parking garage.
The multi-family component consists of 64 wood-framed apartment units over four levels (16 units per floor) residing over 54,260 SF for podium parking and loading.
