This state-of-the-art, Class A office building includes five levels throughout 54,000 SF. The building’s open concept with wall-to-wall white boards and chalkboards and a different, bright color scheme on every floor encourages conversation and collaboration. Its interior design is a mix of edgy industrial and sleek, high-tech design.  The first floor includes a space for a full-service restaurant.

The design of the award-winning building centered on maximizing sustainable features while incorporating first-class design and construction. Brinkman Construction took a design assist approach with the team and provided six months of preconstruction work prior to starting construction.

Since 2010, Brinkman Construction has completed nine separate projects for Otterbox, including numerous full-building tenant improvements throughout their downtown Fort Collins corporate campus.
