Sustainability for Semester at Sea

This office construction project included both core and shell and tenant improvement work. The building achieved LEED Silver certification and features Class A office space throughout. The project proceeded on an initial contract for core/shell with the tenant improvement work awarded later in construction.

The building features numerous sustainable features including energy efficient glazing, permeable pavers, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC system, LED lighting throughout, exterior Thermax CI, and spray foam.

The core tenant of the building was Colorado State University’s Semester at Sea program.
