Cream of the Crop Tenant Finish

This 82,381 SF, three-story tenant improvement and office construction project was built for Crop Production Services in only five months. Brinkman Construction coordinated with the existing core/shell contractor for this project allowing for a seamless hand-off.

The project included high-end executive offices and boardroom meeting spaces, manager and staff offices, a granite-floored lobby, exterior patios, and break room areas with spectacular views of the Front Range.

Unique architectural detail includes etched glass on custom floor-to-ceiling walls, decorative millwork and casework, and additional custom specialty walls. The renovation transformed the core and shell building into an aesthetically rich, yet functional, space.
