Award-Winning Design Concept Executed in Eight Months

This 38,000 SF, four-story office building marks the sixth building in Denver River North’s Taxi development. The innovative, LEED-Certified office space was built around the requirements of 20-30 new economy—high tech and creative businesses. Construction incorporates many of the unique elements evident throughout the other five buildings including garage-style glass doors in all the spaces that add natural light and can be opened for fresh air and informal common spaces including a gourmet snack bar.

This award-winning concept centers on the need in the market for cutting-edge workspace that is also informal, collaborative, and fun.

Funding for the project from U.S. Housing and Urban Development Brownfields Economic Development Initiative loan required project completion in less than eight months.
