Flats at the Oval

Flats at the Oval is a mixed-use project located on the site of the former home of Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity, vacated in 2006. This is a Green Globes project that includes ground-floor retail and three additional stories of residential.

The residential component is designed to enable tenants to enjoy views of the mountains, the Oval, and the historic roof lines of Fort Collins’ Old Town, integrating large windows and patios into each residence. The building uses modern sustainable design that also integrates with the historic nature of the surrounding neighborhood.
