Transforming a Historic Building into a State-of-the-Art Work space

This renovation and commercial office construction of a 114-year-old building converted a former event center into a vibrant co-working office space. The renovation required full removal of the existing facade and extensive structural modifications to create mezzanine spaces while allowing in natural light.

The building features an open office design with exposed metal structure and reclaimed wood throughout. The office offers entrepreneurs a choice of open desks and offices as well as a classroom and meeting spaces.

This was the second Galvanize location Brinkman Construction built for the tech company.
