Efficiency at All Levels

Harmony One, a commercial office construction project, was designed with many environmental considerations including: bicycle storage and showers; preferred parking for fuel efficient vehicles; highly reflective (tan) roof material to eliminate heat absorption; water efficient landscaping; low-flow and no-flow plumbing fixtures; diverting 75% of construction waste from the landfill; incorporating 50% of wood-based materials came from environmentally responsible forests; and reducing indoor air quality problems by implementing a Construction Indoor Air Quality plan.

Brinkman completed the core and shell and then all of the tenant improvements within the building.
