The Gallery Flats

A One-of-a-Kind Living Experience in Downtown Loveland

The Gallery Flats, a public/private partnership between Brinkman and the City of Loveland, is an upscale five-story, mixed-use, 66,000 SF apartment complex in the heart of downtown Loveland. The project served as a major catalyst for ongoing revitalization of the area.

The top floor includes a west-facing premium amenity space with a rooftop patio entertainment area, kitchenette and lounge and fitness center. The building is made-up of 66 units and 100 beds with on-site private parking. Residents can choose from studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, each incorporating upgraded finishes and stainless steel appliances.

The Gallery Flats plays on Loveland’s urban renewal while incorporating the city’s historic appreciation for the arts. Brinkman Construction worked closely with the City of Loveland to design the building from project start to finish.
