The Exchange at Boulevard One mixed-use development was a 140,000-square-foot infill retail construction project covering 1.5 blocks and featuring restaurant, retail, office, and entertainment space.
The design and materials in the project were an acknowledgement of the modern elements within Boulevard One, but also paid tribute to the deep and honorable history of the former Air Force base that once stood on this land.
