Adaptive Reuse of Historic RiNo Manufacturing Facility

This 50,000 SF adaptive reuse of existing structures at 28th & Blake in Denver will create a vibrant space in the heart of the growing RiNo District. Interior space will include retail, food and beverage, restaurants, and creative offices complimented by a sweeping 20,000 SF urban retreat space. Lot Twenty Eight will preserve the character of the historic River North manufacturing plant and add to the neighborhood’s vibrant community.

Visitors will enjoy a 20,000 SF parking lot which will support over 6,000 SF of retail space, 3,700 SF of restaurant space, 2,400 SF of interior event/gallery space, and a 2,100 SF area of small retail and “maker” space.
