From Raw Grain to Bottling

This distilling facility is outfitted with all of the necessary equipment to bring the distilling process from raw grain to bottling. The state-of-the-art facility includes a glycol cooling system, a water jacketed cooking system, and inline carbon filtration tanks as well as a modified H3 room for barrel storage.

The facility also includes a public tasting room to allow for sampling of the products that features wood finishes, pipe shelving and Edison bulb lighting.
