This Hampton Inn & Suites is ideally located off of the Diagonal Highway in the midst of numerous businesses in Boulder. The 69,100 SF, three-story hotel features a conference room, board room, pool and hot tub area, workout facility, and breakfast area.  Of the 100 total rooms, 30 are suites offering additional SF and greater layout functionality.

Sustainable features are emphasized throughout the hotel such as solar panels, tankless water heaters, triple-paned windows and ceiling fans in each room.

The Hampton Inn & Suites marks the first new hotel construction in Boulder in the last eight years and the first new building in the growing Gunbarrel Gateway Center development.
