Southern Meets Industrial in RiNo
In addition to the core and shell construction of 3258 Larimer, Brinkman Construction completed the 3,200 SF tenant finish for the “sophisticated southern” restaurant, Julep, on the first floor.
The restaurant featured a large, 40-seat patio overlooking the busy Larimer Street, as well as a mezzanine dining experience with views looking into the kitchen. Complete with a full bar, Julep was a unique eatery in the middle of Denver’s growing RiNo District.
